SEI leads a program co-designed with Wayuu communities that strengthens their capacity to represent their interests during the development of wind energy projects. This initiative aims to build the capacities of the Wayuu Indigenous people by providing theoretical, practical, and methodological tools that enable them to effectively represent the interests of their communities in the implementation processes of wind energy projects and their associated infrastructure, such as transmission and connection lines, measurement towers, substations, access roads, among others.
